Authors Guide lines:

Only original articles will be considered for publications. A written statement either from the senior author or else the author for correspondence declaring the work is original and never been published elsewhere is necessary during submission. The submission should be made through the Journal’s email: submission editor@ajbbl.com

The manuscript will be selected for review after determining its standard and suitability by a primary editorial board. If selected, the correspondence author will be informed for further peer reviewing process. The comments of the respective reviewers will be emailed to the designated author. The article will be accepted if at least two reviewers would agree for its publication and simultaneously with proper revision following their comments. If rejected, the manuscript would be sent back to the designated author and wiped off from the journal’s directory.

The manuscript should be submitted at first in PDF format. The font size 12 in Arial Narrow is needed to be used with line spacing of 1.5. After acceptance, the revised manuscript in MS Word document should be provided to the journal.

The original manuscript will follow the order as: Title page, Abstract, Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results, Discussion, Summary / Conclusion, Acknowledgement & Bibliography. All the headings will be capitalized and bold in size 12 font.

Title page:
Title of the topics should be in bold, font size 16. The Names of the authors including the middle initial with asterisk should be marked on the upward right corner of the senior / author of correspondence (Bold, Font size 14) along with the name and address of the affiliated institution(s) or other working place(s) (Bold, Font size 12) . For cataloguing purposes, a set of key words appropriately related to the topics should be provided also underneath separately using proper space. At the corner bottom of the page, the name, address, Telephone number and email address of the senior / author of correspondence would be clearly typed.

Abstract:
It should be typed in a separate page with a heading “ABSTRACT” with bold & font size 14. The body should contain no more than 300 words with font size 12 and 1.15 spacing.

Manuscript:
The entire written manuscript needs to be very concise therefore advised to keep no more than 20 pages including the bibliography although no strict page restrictions are mandated. In case of a review article no page restrictions are necessary. In all cases the editorial board reserves the right to restrict all and also its contents. No figures, tables or pictures will be embedded within the manuscript. They should be provided in separate pages marked with Roman numeral with proper heading and Legend underneath. The figures should be submitted in way so that at least 50 % reduction could be performed and be readable.

Data Analysis:
All the data should be analyzed statistically (ANOVA) and clearly mentioned the software used in that process. In case of graphical or curvilinear presentations the use of curve fitting software like GRAPHPAD is advisable. All chemical structures and reactions are needed to be drawn using any marketable software and the naming of the compound should follow the IUPAC system when necessary.

Animal Study:
All the studies performed and mentioned in the manuscript must follow the ethical guidelines of the respective countries / states / institutions.

Acknowledgement:
The author(s) should provide proper acknowledgement for any help obtained from any individual or institution in doing the research or writing a review article. The financial sources available during conducting the study should be also properly addressed.

Bibliography:
The numbering should follow the successive order and not be at random. They would be placed at the end of the sentence(s) in parenthesis like, [1] or [1,2] or [1-3].

In case of journal citation:

In case of books:

For the sake of better understanding in case of new author(s), below is the list for tasks to follow for a research article:

1. ABSTRACT. 2. INTRODUCTION. 3. MATERIALS and METHODS. 4.RESULTS.5.DISCUSSION. 6. BRIEF CONCLUSION. 7. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. 8. BIBLIOGRAPHY. 9. FIGURE LEGENDS. 10. TABLE LEGENDS. 11. APPENDIX (IN CASE IF NECESSARY). 12. ABBREVIATIONS.

Processing Fees:
After acceptance of the revised article the author of correspondence would be notified and a processing fee of INR 3000 (Indian) or US $50 (for others) will be requested before its final publication in the journal’s website.

Editorial Policy:
The manuscript should be prepared for submission as per instructions provided in the section “Author’s Guidelines”. The manuscripts that are not adequately formatted will be turned over to the corresponding author for required adjustment before the review process. The journal reserves the right for further formatting or any editorial changes necessary even the languages. In case if too much language changes or corrections are necessary then it would be rejected without the acceptance and the article will be sent back to the author of correspondence for appropriate language corrections.

Cover Letter:
The author of correspondence or senior author / mentor should provide a cover letter disclosing any conflict of interest and also mentioning the fact that the said manuscript or any of its contents / data has never been published anywhere else. In case of violation even after the publication the manuscript will be withdrawn and processing fee would not be returned.

Copyright:
The published manuscript will be the property of AJBBL. Either the senior author or else the author of correspondence will fill out the copyright transfer form on behalf of others and sign it digitally. The use of data or figures or any of its contents will require permission from the journal authority (editor@ajbbl.com). Please download the copyright form.
